Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for so make sure someone is available during standard working hours to receive the parcel.

For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for local taxes and duties.

Is your country of residence not on our shipping list? Get in touch with us at order@ordermateria.com with your desired item name and we will put together personal shipping for you.

Returns

If you are unhappy after receiving your order, items can be returned. Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Returns Policy

- Returns outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.

- All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

- If your item is faulty i.e. received damaged, then we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.

- Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
